This piece measures approximately 42 x 17 mm and has three single cut diamonds each measuring approximately as follows: 1 @ 2.0mm and 1 @ 1.7 mm for an estimated weight of 0.07 cts. These diamonds grade SI2-I1 in clarity and H-I in color with fairly good cuts. The piece appears to have been created circa 1915 and has much granulation work. The brooch weighs 2.8 grams and has a good finish. All gem materials were evaluated in the mounting to the extent that the mounting permits examination. |
